Donations

  Donations are needed and encouraged to help us jump start our organization.  A contribution in any amount that fits your budget will be greatly appreciated. “Jazz alive “ seeks your support in our efforts to advance, preserve, and nurture the growth of the jazz arts and to add to its unique history as an original American art form.

For donations over $200.00, donors will be sent a receipt for their tax records.
Donors will be able to use their canceled checks if less than $200 for tax purposes.

Jazz Alive Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization registered in the state of Ohio and granted tax exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service.
